The MES corporate team brings a wealth of experience in government contracting and advising and representing tribal governments and agencies.

    • Lead the development and implementation of an outpatient Health Clinic focused on delivering high-quality medical services.

    • Perform a comprehensive assessment of the Clinic’s developmental and operational needs, including but not limited to: organizational structure; marketing and business development strategies; staffing levels and competencies; patient scheduling and care delivery; billing and revenue cycle practices; policies, procedures, and workflows; budgeting and financial management; recordkeeping and inventory control; medication administration; compliance with Tribal, Federal, and State laws and regulations; adherence to contractual and grant requirements; and identification of operational gaps or redundancies.

    • Evaluate the client’s goals, needs, and performance targets for the proposed Clinic and provide clear, actionable recommendations to support successful outcomes.

    • Develop a comprehensive implementation plan outlining goals, timelines, financial projections, and any additional resources required by the client.

    • Prepare a detailed written report summarizing assessment findings, including specific recommendations and step-by-step guidance to address identified needs.

    • Support the Clinic in obtaining Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or Look-Alike (LAL) status.

    • Conduct follow-up audits as requested, including but not limited to audits related to regulatory compliance, quality of care, patient safety, customer service, inventory and equipment management, and medication administration.

    • Establish and support end-of-month, end-of-quarter, and end-of-year processes for all aspects of healthcare facility operations, including compliance, quality assurance, safety, customer service, inventory and equipment oversight, and medication management.

    • Provide patient care services as requested through licensed medical providers.
